Our goal is to save our property owners time and money by taking over the day-to-day operation of their investment properties. We use our experience to implement procedures that reduce the stress and risk associated with property management. We design a unique plan for each client to address his or her individual goals and requirements. Below is a basic list of the services which we provide to meet your needs:

  • Collecting rents for deposit into an FDIC insured Trust account.
  • Assist in filing 3-day notices, evictions, and liens on delinquent accounts, as necessary.
  • Managing all third party vendors from inception to completion. All subcontractors are required to be fully licensed, bonded, insured and must guarantee workmanship.
  • Enforcing all city ordinances, subdivision rules & regulations, and landlord requirements.
  • Promptly resolve any tenant/landlord issues or problems.
  • Provide a user friendly website to display properties available, process maintenance requests, and take rental applications/inquiries.
  • Distribute HOA bi laws and documents, as needed.
  • Provide savings by using select vendors and making use of service discounts.
  • Assist in marketing, showing, and renting units.
  • At Rent Me Homes, we believe in the highest ethical standards and full disclosure of all financial documents. We abide by the Florida Association of Realtors Standards and Practices and provide regular reports to Landlords, as well as end of year statements required for income tax purposes. Special reports as required are made available upon request.
